Q: What is your service area?

A: Currently we service a 10 mile radius of Grayslake Illinois.

Q: What are your most requested services?

A: House cleaning and Pet Sitting.

Q: Do I need to be home for the cleaning people?

A: Most of our customers provide us with a key or garage code so it is not necessary for you to be home while we are there.

Q: I would like my dog walked 5 days a week, will I get the same person each day?

A: Yes, to the best of our ability. Your dog likes routine and so do we. We do however, have back up dog walkers in case your regular person calls in sick or is on vacation.

Q: I would like to call as needed for dog walking, will I get the same person each time?

A: We will do our best to keep your Hopper consistent, but without being on a regular schedule we may need to make adjustments based on our availability.

Q: Do I need to provide you with cleaning equipment and supplies?

A: FROG For Everything supplies everything needed to clean your home. If you have a special product you would like us to use, we ask that you place it out for us on the counter with any special instructions.

Q: My dog is afraid of men, how do you handle that.

A: Your “Hopper” would be a woman.

Q: Do you do dishes?

A: Does a FROG Like water? Yes, dishes, laundry, making beds, we do it all.

Q: Other services have said that my house is “Too Messy” for them to clean. Is it?

A: Some busy families are prone to CLUTTER! We have all experienced running out of time to get the dishes done and the laundry put away before the cleaning people arrive. No house is too messy for us to clean. We are happy to help you restore your home to its pre-chaos state.

Q: Are you bonded and Insured?

A: Yes! When hiring any type of service to work in your home that should be the first question you ask. Illinois State Law stipulates that if someone is working in your home and does not have insurance you are their defacto employer. So, if they fall and get hurt, you are liable. (This is not covered under your homeowners insurance either.)

Q: Are you licensed?

A: There is no licensing for what we do.

Q: I am having a party in the middle of my two week cleaning cycle. Can you come in for occasional cleaning?

A: YES! Many of our customers call us for a “Freshening” before a big event.

Q: I have a need that I do not see on any of your lists?

A: Call us with any need you might have. If it is not something we can do, chances are we can refer you to someone that can help you.
